This long-established okonomiyaki restaurant was founded in Tamade, Osaka in 1946 (Showa 21), just after the war. It has contributed to Osaka's food culture for many years, such as inventing the way to eat okonomiyaki with mayonnaise and creating modern yaki. It wants to bring delicious food and lots of joy to people not only in its hometown of Osaka, but all over Japan and the world.
