This is a Japanese-style restaurant in Suminoe Ward, Osaka City in 1995 (Heisei 7), the year of the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake, opened by a chef who had trained for about 10 years at a long-established Japanese restaurant in Osaka, with the desire to serve food that conveys his passion.

We carefully make Kansai-style dashi for each step. The deliciousness of katsudon is determined not only by the katsu but also by the dashi that brings the whole dish together, so the depth of the dashi is very important.
